We handle online booking and payment processing, then pass your reservation to a local provider who prepares the vehicle and manages the rental agreement. You deal directly with the company at pickup - they hand over the keys, walk you through the paperwork, and remain your contact throughout the hire period.
We focus on transparent pricing and clear communication. Every search result shows the total amount, insurance coverage details, mileage allowance, and fuel policy before you enter payment information. No surprises at the counter, no hidden clauses buried in terms and conditions.
Start by entering your pickup location, dates, and preferred vehicle type on the homepage. The system queries inventory from rental companies in that city and displays available options with complete attribute breakdowns: engine size, transmission type, seating capacity, luggage space, four-wheel-drive system if applicable.
Once you select a vehicle, you pay a booking advance online by card. This secures the reservation and covers part of the total cost. The remaining balance is due when you collect the vehicle - payment method varies by rental company and specific car, and we list accepted options clearly in the booking summary and voucher.
Your voucher arrives by email within minutes. It contains the rental company name, counter location or delivery address, operating hours, emergency contact details, and a reservation reference. Print it or save it to your device. At pickup, present the voucher, your driving licence, and payment for the balance. The company inspects the vehicle with you, notes existing damage in the rental agreement, and releases the car.
Return follows the same transparent process: the company checks for new damage, verifies fuel level and mileage against the agreement terms, then closes the contract. Any charges for excess mileage, late return, or additional services are settled directly with them.

Compact sedans dominate urban fleets, while Cancun inventories include more SUVs and pickups suited to coastal highways and excursions to archaeological sites.
Many rental companies block funds on a credit card as security against damage or traffic fines. This practice ties up hundreds of dollars for weeks. We work with providers who skip the deposit step entirely, releasing the vehicle without any hold on your card.
Removing the deposit requirement does not alter insurance terms or excess liability. The rental agreement still defines a damage excess - the maximum amount you pay if the car is damaged or stolen. Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection reduce or eliminate that excess depending on the coverage tier you choose during booking. These are separate parameters: one governs upfront cash flow, the other governs financial risk during the rental.
